Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general rules for payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Naman Modi.
Specific terms may vary depending on the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement for each project.
1. Services Covered
This policy may apply to:
- AI automation consulting
- Workflow automation projects
- AI agent or integration setup
- Website design and development
- WordPress or Shopify work
- SEO and digital marketing services
- Healthcare marketing support
- Strategy calls, audits, or consulting sessions
- Retainers or ongoing support
2. Consultation Calls
Free discovery calls or introductory calls are non-billable.
Paid strategy calls, audits, or consulting sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Once a paid session has been completed, it is non-refundable.
3. Project Payments
Project payments may be divided into milestones, deposits, or scheduled payments.
Unless agreed otherwise:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Work will begin only after the agreed initial payment is received.
- Final files, access, or deliverables may be released after full payment.
4. Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any unused balance may be reviewed based on the project scope, completed work, resources allocated, and written agreement.
5. Cancellation by Naman Modi
I reserve the right to cancel or pause a project if:
- Required information is not provided
- Payments are delayed
- Scope changes are not approved
- Communication becomes inactive
- The project involves unethical, illegal, misleading, or harmful activity
- Client behavior prevents successful delivery
In such cases, any refund or remaining balance will be reviewed based on work completed and the agreement terms.
6. Retainers and Monthly Services
For monthly retainers or ongoing services:
- Fees are generally billed in advance.
- Cancellation notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for the active billing period once work has started.
- Unused hours may not roll over unless agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs are non-refundable.
These may include:
- Hosting
- Domains
- Plugins
- Software subscriptions
- Paid tools
- Stock assets
- Advertising spend
- AI tool subscriptions
- Automation platform fees
- CRM or email platform costs
